Speech therapy is one of those things you have to do when your child is autistic. It's weird, because I often forget that he's on the spectrum. I think he's just being Andrew. But then I go to speech therapy, and it's like, "Oh yeah--my kid really does have social and language delays." It's frustrating. I sometimes wish that he and I could live n a little rabbit warren away from the outside world and just hide and let each other be.
